PSIPSE 2016 Call for Proposals - Application Portal
Welcome to the application portal for The Partnership to Strengthen Innovation and Practice in Secondary Education's (PSIPSE)  2016 Call for Proposals. Through this Call, PSIPSE donors are seeking projects to improve the quality of secondary education in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Malawi.

Application process:
The application process will involve two stages: 1) Registration and 2) Submission of Full Proposal. Applicants must complete the registration stage on this portal by November 21, 2016 to be eligible to submit a proposal.
  • Stage 1: Registration: Applicants must indicate intention to submit an application by completing a simple on-line registration form no later than November 21, 2016. Any potential applicant who does not register via the online portal by the deadline will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Hard copy or emailed registration will NOT be accepted.
  • Stage 2: Full Proposal Submission : Registered applicants will then be invited to submit a written proposal narrative and budget per the application instructions.  All applications will be submitted via the online portal which will be open between November 7, 2016 and December 23, 2016. All proposals must be submitted by December 23, 2016 in order to be considered for funding.
  • Funding decisions will be made by Q2 2017.
